The Implementation of NMG’s Activity in Quality Season Starting from July
Activity in quality season aiming at improving system, deepening management and improving quality carries out in three manufacturing bases at the same time--Jiaxing, Zhejiang, Dezhou, Shangdong and Zhuzhou, Hunan. It lasts three months, which is from July to September. Quality inspection team is composed of core members in technology, quality and productive management, the leader of which talks and explains the importance of product quality and implementation plan of this activity in detail to staff, including the frequency of inspection, range of inspection, assessment of effect, rules of reward and punishment and so on. It aims to enhance personnel’s quality management and propose “timely problem reporting and effective processing” and “less complain about good quality”, which are actively responded and applauded by all employees.
This activity, measured by quality management system, based on standard process construction and adopting joint inspection method, hopes to give full play of all staff’s subjective initiative to deeply analyze cause, find solutions, track and carry out the rectification effect, strengthen analysis and calculation capability and improve its management ability by starting from the details and strictly controlling, thus providing products and service of high-quality and high-efficiency for customers and making the purpose of delighting for products everyday come true.
